The newer prints (2003) are printed using the finest archival mediums available in printing craftmenship, with expert care, a high quality giclée, one with a wide color gamut that renders deep, saturated colors and fine detail, while retaining subtle tints and blends.
You may notice a small spray or droplet of ink in your print or border. This is a characteristic, and a signature, of the giclée process.
To care for your giclée, as with any fine art print, avoid areas of high humidity and direct sunlight. It is also recommended that you use a frame shop that specializes in conservation framing to help protect and preserve your new giclée print.
The earlier prints were done by offset printing. The art was photographed and color separated, put on metal printing plates that were registered and then put on the press to print.
